Use method and steps of gun type foaming adhesive
① Take the foaming gun and clean it with polyurethane cleaning agent to ensure smooth flow;
② Take the foaming adhesive again, hold the middle part of the tank tightly with your hands, shake it vigorously at least 15-30 times along the horizontal direction of the tank, and ensure that the prepolymer in the tank is fully mixed;
③ Remove the protective cover of the valve on the thread ring of the gun-type foaming adhesive, remove the cleaning agent on the foaming gun, and install the foaming agent can on the interface of the foaming gun along the thread;
④ Grasp the handle of the foaming gun, ensure that the material tank is placed above, the foaming gun is below the material tank, and open the flow regulating valve at the back of the foaming gun;
⑤ The gun head is aligned with the bottom or inside of the part to be filled, and the trigger is gently pulled to start construction. Can be adjusted to the appropriate flow rate through the flow control valve behind the foaming gun.
⑥ After a can is sprayed, if it needs to be filled, the empty can can can be removed immediately, and the foaming agent can be reinstalled according to the method of point 3 to continue the construction.
⑦ After the construction is completed, remove the material tank in time and replace it with a special cleaning agent to clean the foaming gun, so as to prevent the residual material from solidifying and blocking and damaging the foaming gun.
Use method and steps of tube type foaming adhesive
1, the same as the second step of the gun.
2. Take the disposable hose and screw it clockwise,;
3. Ensure that the material tank is placed above, the foaming gun is below the material tank, aiming at the bottom or inside of the part to be filled with the object, gently pull the trigger, and start construction.
4. The injection volume is 80% of the required filling volume from bottom to top (the filling volume of the tube is 2/3)
Use Tips
Pay attention to the travel speed when spraying, usually spray to 2/3 of the required filling volume. The vertical gap shall be filled from bottom to top; when filling the gap on the ceiling, uncured foam may fall due to the effect of gravity. It is recommended to provide proper support just after filling, and withdraw the support after the foam is cured and bonded with the seam wall. About 10 minutes, the foam is debonded and can be cut after 60 minutes. Cut off the excess foam with a knife and coat the surface with cement mortar, paint or silicone.
